1. Do you ship internationally?
No. At this time, we only ship within the United States.

2. How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders: Usually arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier.
You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. What is your refund or exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will work with you on a resolution.

4. What happens if my package is lost or not delivered?
If your tracking shows the package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
For undelivered packages, please contact the shipping carrier first.
If the carrier confirms it is lost, reach out to us and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. -
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via major credit cards, debit cards, and select alternative payment providers such as Venmo and Cashapp.

6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is placed. If you need assistance, contact us immediately and we will do our best to help.

7. Do you accept returns if the wrong product is sent?
If you receive the wrong item:
Do not open or use it.
Contact us within 48 hours.
If the product has been used or opened, we cannot accept a return but may provide a partial discount or resolution option at our discretion. -
8. Do you provide certificates of analysis (COAs)?
Yes. COAs are available upon request for most products. They are also listed on the website with each individual product.

9. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive an email with tracking details. Unless you did not provide an email address then tracking won't be able to be sent.
